Frequently Asked Questions Q. I activated my certificate. What happens next? A: You will receive an email acknowledging your activation. If you do not receive an email confirmation within a few minutes, please contact us at 1-877-819-CERT (2378). Q. How long is my certificate valid? A: Each certificate contains an expiration date. You must check-in and out before the expiration date stated on the certificate. Q. When can I book my travel? A: Dream Vacation Week Certificates allow you to redeem up to 360 days to 24 hours prior to check-in, depending on the certificate provided. Travel must be completed prior to the expiration date printed on the certificate. You can find this information on your certificate or listed with the certificate on your My Certificates page. Booking window is shown on the website post log-in. Q. Can I select where I’d like to travel? A: Yes, you can. Some Certificates include a grid of available destinations by month. That grid is just a sample of what is expected to be available when you redeem your certificate. Complete, up-to-the-minute availability is displayed when you redeem your certificate on the My Certificates page. To redeem online, activate your certificate by entering the certificate number and security code displayed on the front of your certificate. From the My Certificates page, select the certificate you wish to redeem, you will be presented with available destinations based on the certificate’s search criteria and eligible travel dates. You may choose up to six month-and-destination combinations to search at any given time. For example, you may select Sedona, Arizona, for six different travel months, or Las Vegas, Nevada; Branson, Missouri; Orlando, Florida, for two travel months each. Q. Can I book my vacation for less than seven nights? A: No. However, even though certificates are for one-week increments, you do not have to stay for seven nights. For example, if the week runs from Friday to Friday, you may check in on a later day, but you still have to check out on or before the following Friday. You must pay the full price for the week regardless of how many nights you stay. Please notify the resort if you plan to stay for less than seven nights. Q. Can I book my vacation for travel during the holidays? A: Yes, if units are available. Q. I can't check in on the first day the rental begins. Is this a problem? A: No, you can always check in on a later day. If you plan to arrive after the designated check-in date, simply call the resort in advance to make late check-in arrangements. You may check out at any time during your stay. However, you must pay the full price for the week, regardless of how many nights you stay. Q. Can I sell my certificate?
